January 20, 2009 - Congratulations to Perry Dozier, Jr. as he was selected to the 2009 Jr. NBA National Team!  As a member of the National Team, he will be introduced to a sold-out crowd at US Airways Arena during the opening ceremonies of NBA All-Star Saturday Night. His introduction will include his photo being shown on the video boards inside of the arena.

Every year, the Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA National Team is selected and comprised of five (5) boys and five (5) girls from nearly 1,000 nominations. The team travels to NBA All-Star weekend to represent the Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA Program throughout the weekend in competing against local Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA All-Stars in an exhibition game at NBA All-Star Jam Session. Additionally, they are introduced in–arena during the NBA All-Star Saturday Night festivities.
